Booking and Cancellation:
Reservations are considered booked when security deposit and signed rental agreement are received. A complete Vacation
Rental Agreement will be sent via e-mail (Fax or US mail upon request).
There is a 45 day cancellation policy. A reservation may be cancelled up to 45 days prior to arrival at no charge. Reservations
made less that 45 days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless the property can be re-rented.
Pricing and Availability:
Pricing and availability are subject to change until reservations are booked. Minimum stays vary and are identified on our
Rates Page. Expect longer minimum stays during July, August, and US holidays.
Check In and Check Out:
Check in time is normally 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. Earlier arrivals and later departures may be arranged on
request.
